Daniel Tune – Managing Partner
Daniel B. Tune, Esq. is the Managing Partner at Tune Law Group LLC, whose practice is focused on Family Law (matrimonial, custody, and domestic violence matters) and Business Law (business formation, contracts and corporate documents, litigation, and drafting of corporate resolutions).
Stephanie H. Fulton – Associate Attorney
Stephanie H. Fulton, Esq. joined the firm, (as Martin & Tune, LLC) as an Associate in September 2020. Stephanie graduated from Rutgers Law School in May 2019, and then served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Anthony F. Picheca, Jr., in the Criminal Division in Somerset County.

Gina Berry – Paralegal
Gina R. Berry joined Martin & Tune, LLC at its inception in March 2014. Prior to that, Gina worked as a family law paralegal. Gina has over 27 years’ experience in family law and 29 years in the legal profession. Gina is responsible for maintaining the court calendar, conferences with clients, drafting pleadings, correspondences, discovery, motions, case information statements, child support guidelines, marital settlement agreements, judgments and trial briefs.
Jessica L. Buonocore – Paralegal
Jessica L. Buonocore joined Martin & Tune, LLC, in February of 2022, and has been with the Tune Law Group since its inception. Jessica graduated from Raritan Valley Community College’s Paralegal Program, with Honors, in December of 2021, with her Associate’s Degree in Applied Science, Paralegal Studies. She was on the Dean’s List every semester of her enrollment in the program, and was a Member of the Honor Society as well.
